WHAT HAPPENDS IF I AM NOT THERE WHEN THE POST OFFICE DELIVERS THE PACKAGE?
They will leave a notice paper, the next day you can pick it up at the nearest post office.
WHY IS THERE NO CASH ON DELIVERY OPTION?
The order leaves directly from the factories to the indicated address, as it is an international postal shipment, it does not give us the possibility of cash on delivery as payment.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT I CAN DO?
If you receive your order before 90 days, we guarantee your money back. If 90 days have passed and you have received the items for your order, you can request a full refund by sending an email from the Contact section stating your order. After requesting a refund, our team will research the situation and transfer the plan within 72 days. If your request is approved, we will refund the amount of the goods received and, if possible, use the same payment method you used when the order was placed. Depending on your payment method, refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to take effect.
